The fifth rendition of the annual British Wills and Probate Awards is becoming ever-closer. As we count down to the 20th of October at the Grand Hotel in Birmingham, our “Sponsor Spotlight” series will highlight the progression, innovation and achievements of all our sponsors who make the event possible. We’re delighted to have Just Clear on board with the fifth year of The British Wills & Probate Awards.

First of all, tell us who you are and what you do?

Brendan O’Shea, CEO of Just Clear, the UK’s leading house clearance service provider with sustainability in mind. With over 42 franchise territories, Just Clear is the largest clearance specialist in the UK.

With your franchise-partners and van crews, Just Clear has a strong nationwide presence. What do you think has been key to this success?

To make Just Clear a complete success, we had to rethink every aspect of our business, including myself. Investing in good people has been a key part to play to it and this includes our network of amazing franchise partners.

What made you support Probate provider of the year, North and Midlands, and what is your message to its entrants?

We have a very strong presence in both these areas with our Midland Partner, Adam Harrison, so it was a natural choice for us to support this category. We would like to wish entrants our very best for this award, and remember to be nominated in itself is an achievement.

Can you share an exciting piece of news or company update with us?

We are about to celebrate our 10 year anniversary this August, which we are very proud of.

What would Just Clear like to be known for the most?

Becoming a household name for our industry in a fair and transparent way.

Thank you Just Clear for their support for The British Wills & Probate Awards 2022.
