Established in 2011 and with a national network of assessors, TSF Consultants have become a leader in the field of the assessment of mental capacity. Their Managing Director, Tim Farmer is an award winning author and expert witness specialising in the assessment of mental capacity and is also a member of Baroness Finlay’s leadership team for the National Mental Capacity Forum. He also co-authored research papers on mental capacity, vulnerability and debt.
