Ryan acts for clients including estate executors and administrators who require advice on estate disputes; as well as dependants & beneficiaries who wish to have Wills & estate administration reviewed or issue a claim for further provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975. He originally qualified in Australia in 2011, but since moving to the UK in 2014 has requalified here, and now works within Anthony Gold’s contentious probate team.
The formal requirements for a valid Will in England and Wales set a high standard. Section 9 of the Wills Act 1837 sets out the requirements for a testamentary document to be suitable evidence of
