Mark is an Equity Partner and Head of the Corporate, Military and Litigation team. He is also responsible for the firm’s Growth and Practice Development. He is a Solicitor, a Notary Public and an Associate Trade Mark Attorney. Mark is also a qualified Corporate Finance professional and enabled the firm to become an Affiliate Member of the British Franchise Association. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law.
Mark has a broad ranging corporate and commercial practice covering sales and purchases of shares and businesses, commercial agreements of all types, intellectual property matters (including trade marks) and franchising.
