Danielle is a trainee solicitor who is currently sitting her first seat in Litigation. She has gained experience in contentious probate litigation, focusing on disputes including Inheritance Act 1975 claims and disputes concerning validity of wills. She has also gained experience in commercial contentious claims such as contract disputes and shareholder disputes.
The Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975 allows children of the deceased to make an application to court for reasonable financial provision, if the Will of their parent fails to do so. What
