If you’re looking for a new lifetime trust provider, look no further. Fortis Law is an innovative firm employing industry leading minds and providing private client services to hundreds of estate planners.

Every month, Fortis Law hold a training session for progressive forward-thinking estate planners, accountants, and solicitors. At the session the Fortis team provide tons of information regarding keeping good case notes, lifetime trusts, and estate administration.

Whilst it’s positioned as an opportunity to educate estate planners about Fortis Law and our innovative new solutions, there is plenty of technical content to take in and it’s a great networking opportunity.

Fortis Law’s Pre-Paid Probate Plan continued to draw in the crowds and this month’s session was unsurprisingly oversubscribed. Unlike many other pre-paid probate offerings, when a client takes out a plan with Fortis Law their money goes into trust until such a time as it is needed (like a funeral plan), as oppose to paying a fee to fix estate administration costs.

The sessions are held at Spear House, Burntwood but this training is easily taken on the road to companies who’d like to know more.

The session this month was made even more exciting with the introduction of Will Eccleston’s new funeral plan. Whilst this will be an article in itself, the lucky partners at this session found out about the Fortis Law Funeral Plan has unique benefits exclusive to Fortis Law.

We have now set dates for the remainder of 2019 and each session has space for 14 professionals. If you’d like to join us, please visit www.fortislaw.co.uk/partners/training.

Fortis Law CEO, Richard Wells has built a great management team including Kylie Simmonds-Cox (council member for the IPW), Tom Stansfield (formally Sales and Marketing Director at the SWW), Will Eccleston (formally of Safe Hands), Peter Burton who tutors for the IPW and Craig Copley TEP just to name a few.

Richard has a vision for Fortis and said:

“We’re building Fortis Law to be a real force when you think about private client work. It’s important that we have the right people on board and these appointments will help us to stay true to our values.’ He added that ‘We’re keen to work with professionals that share the same values and put their clients first. Our products will make a real difference and it’s important that we add value to the estate planners that we’re working with.”

To coin a phrase used by Peter Burton – if you would like to help your clients protect, preserve and pass on their wealth, then we’d like to work with you.
