Moore Barlow has announced the hire of two new members to its growing Private Wealth Dispute team. Moore Barlow has offices in Guilford, London, Lymington, Richmond, Southampton and Woking.
The team, which is situated in Guilford now includes eight team members after the hire of Amanda Collins who joins as Associate and Lauren Gale as Solicitor.
The hires come whilst the team awaits its judgment at the “first-of-its-kind” case at the Supreme Court. The case will see the final decision on whether people who sign ‘no-win, no fee’
Amanda Collins joins Moore Barlow from Irwin Mitchell and Lauren Gale from Gardner Leader. Both have experience advising on high value contested trusts and estates.
Amanda’s experience includes leading on multi-jurisdictional trusts and estate disputes and high value claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
Lauren’s has a broad experience of contentious estates matters which include advising on complex Will challenges on multi million-pound estates. Scott Taylor head of Private Wealth Disputes said:
