Probate property management specialist Property Solutions Group has announced that Richard (Dicky) Davies has joined the team as a Non-Executive Director to the business. Dicky joins with a remit to support the growth and expansion of both Property Solutions Group, and premium brand Southey & Co.
Dicky has over 35 years’ experience in Financial Services having worked at household names Barclaycard and Visa in that time. Since leaving the Lowell Group in 2017 Dicky has taken on a number of NED roles in recruitment and credit management before being part of the launch of Tower Street Finance, an early player in the probate lending space in 2019. He left Tower Street in April 2023 to concentrate on his current (and future) NED responsibilities.
Commenting on taking on the role Dicky said:

Property Solutions Group describes itself as a “single source of property services for legal professionals” providing a comprehensive range of outsourced services for probate practitioners, including RICS Red Book valuations and sale valuations, lease extensions and freehold enfranchisement, property maintenance, vacant property insurance and probate property sale services.
Previously known at Executor Solutions, the company rebranded in 2022 to Property Solutions Group and in 2023 launched Southey & Co, a concierge service focusing on high value estates, providing an end-to-end service led by experts in the sector.
In 2021 entrepreneurial Group Chief Executive Barry Mattock sold his sister business Moving Made Easy, which focused on providing services to home builders including plot sales, part exchanges and sales progression, to legal property specialists Simplify.
On Dicky’s appointment Mattock adds
