Grow your own estate planning business

Grow Your Estate Planning Business In 2020

Grow your Estate Planning Business in 2020 at our business growth workshop. Understand and map your business objectives and develop a plan

It’s the start of a new decade. Lot’s of us have plans to grow our business and some of us recognise that we need some help or pointers to assist in achieving our objectives.

Some aren’t quite as focused (and that’s not necessarily a bad thing) but would like a little more direction and assistance in creating a plan.

For the last year, Fortis Law have been assisting our Partners with back office drafting, and as part of our plan we’re engaging with you this year to help you grow your business.

By attending our workshop you’ll be able to clearly define your business objectives, and will leave with both a clear and structured business plan and a marketing strategy aligned to the plan.

Months from now, you’ll be able to hold yourself to account and will be able measure the growth you’ve achieved.

Throughout the workshop we’ll give lots of practical ideas to help you grow your business and much of the interaction will come from other delegates and Partners.

All you need to bring, is some drive, a pen and a pad (or laptop). We’ll help structure the rest.

*Refreshments will be provided. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements. TomStansfield@fortislaw.co.uk. 07780114186
