New Branch Chair of STEP Wales is announced

Lorraine Robinson has been appointed the new Branch Chair of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Wales.

Lorraine, who is Head of Legal at Farewill and co-chair of The Law Society’s Wills and Equity Committee tweeted of her new appointment saying:

“Such a privilege. I can’t wait to get started with the committee on our plan for continuing to grow the reach and impact of our branch. Lots on the horizon in the world of private client.”

The current chair, Dawn Sullivan TEP commented on her appointment. She said:

“I very much look forward to continue working with Lorraine on the STEP Wales committee and seeing how the branch develops and adapts under her leadership. Lorraine has endless energy and her collaborative approach, experience and forward-thinking will take the branch in a new and positive direction”

Today’s Wills and Probate interviewed Lorraine Robinson to discuss her appointment as co-chair of The Law Society’s Wills and Equity Committee last October 2020, following in the footsteps of Ian Bond. In the interview she talked about her own background, motivations and what’s on her agenda.
