Sponsor Spotlight: PROVIRA

In a series of Supporters in Focus pieces, we are thrilled to introduce our supporters of The British Wills and Probate Awards 2021

Alongside headline sponsor Executor Solutions we look forward to recognising achievement, highlighting progression and championing innovation.

Today we profile Probate Research Firm of the Year sponsors Provira.

We’re delighted to have Provira on board with the fourth year of The British Wills & Probate Awards. First of all, tell us who you are and what you do.

Provira provides bespoke, flexible finance solutions to beneficiaries and executors of UK estates. We are specialty finance and fintech specialists, passionate about using technology to create great customer experiences.

What have Provira been doing over the past 9 months since The British Wills & Probate Awards 2020?

We’ve successfully launched our business, with a focus on building market-leading products and a great customer experience, whilst keeping a keen eye on the future. We are excited to focus our specialty finance experience on bringing further innovation to this space – over the course of 2021 and beyond.

What do you think is the biggest challenge the sector has faced over the last 12 months?

Covid has impacted us all in a multitude of ways. It’s also shone a spotlight on how important human interaction is, despite the efficiencies of Zoom and the convenience of working from home.

And what innovations were you seeing in the market?

Technology adoption is creating disruption, with the upshot of giving customers greater choice and improved transparency.

What are your predictions for the sector in 2022 and beyond?

The continued adoption and deployment of technology will create new opportunities for innovative businesses.

Have you got any messages for the sector and our shortlisters?

We hope to be able to share a beer in person come October. In the interim, visit our website or give us a call to discuss how we may be able to work together in the interim!

Thank you to Provira for their support for The British Wills & Probate Awards 2020.
