Leicester-based Bright Legal Solicitors and W&P Legal of Lincolnshire have announced a strategic collaboration designed to provide clients with a broad and more integrated range of legal services across England and Wales.

Bright Legal Solicitors, led by Parvien Akhtar, has earned a strong reputation in Leicester and beyond for providing expert advice across family law and litigation. W&P Legal, directed by Nick Ash, specialises in lifetime planning and estate administration, with a team known for their professional and compassionate approach.

The partnership aims deliver a comprehensive service through the firms’ combined expertise, ensuring clients have access to both general legal advice and specialist estate planning support.

Ash is a Society of Will Writers Professional Standards Board Member. Under his leadership, W&P Legal was shortlisted for the  Best Workplace Wellbeing at the Modern Law Private Client Awards. In December 2022, he released his first book, The Probate Guide.
