Over the past 12 months we’ve brought you the ups and downs of the private client profession through our regular news insight and e-newsletters, alongside the increasingly popular Today’s Wills and Probate podcast.
Unless something urgent and important happens we’ll be closing down for the festive period from today, returning on Monday 5th January.
In a truly seismic year in the sector, 2026 will undoubtedly see further progress in updating wills law, modernisation and digitisation of services, and the continuation of the ‘Great Wealth Transfer.’
