A new seven day unoccupied property insurance specifically for auction properties has been launched through a collaboration between Insuristic and Probate.Auction.
Insuristic is probate and property insurance broker founded in 2022 offering combination of property and legal indemnity insurance to consumers and law firms; including unoccupied home insurance, probate property insurance, and legal indemnity insurance. Founder Rob Faulkner explained

The insurance provides unoccupied property insurance policy to all buyers who purchase a property through Probate.Auction for a period of seven days free of charge. Faulkner added the policy addresses one of the biggest concerns for property buyers at auctions, namely the securing of insurance quickly after a successful bid. The seven days covers loss or damage caused by fire, lightning, explosion, earthquake, or aircraft and can be upgraded and extended, provides time for buyers to sort out a longer term solution.
Probate.Auction was launched to provide a dedicated solution to personal representatives, families, beneficiaries, and their professional advisors for the sale of probate property via auction. On the collaboration with Insuristic, Nick Kalms, CEO of Probate.Auction added
