“The Bourne Legacy” case study
This year’s case study follows Frank J. Bourne, a 71-year-old widower and owner of a family-run hotel business, as he navigates complex legal and personal challenges. From estate planning and later-life care to predatory marriage risks and wills executed via remote witnessing, the day will delve into critical legal considerations and how best to put this into practice.
Throughout the event, attendees will be able to get involved with interactive discussions, debating the twists and turns of Frank’s case while exploring best practices for private client lawyers. Lakshmi Turner, CEO of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers, said:
“Our national conference is a key date in the private client calendar, delivering engaging, case study led learning. Our line-up of expert speakers makes this an event that shouldn’t be missed. Attendees will leave not only re-energised but armed with crucial insights to enhance their practice and better serve their clients.”
The Principal Sponsor of the event is Charles Stanley, one of the UK’s leading wealth management firms, while Today’s Media is the official media partner.
