The Law Society’s Excellence in Law Awards 2019 took place this week with a number of private client law firms being recognised for the quality of the legal services they provide to their clients.
A plethora of well deserved accolades were handed out to the best legal service providers in England and Wales with three private client practices being recognised for their high standards, commitment to client satisfaction and adopting clear client-centric approaches.
The winner of the Excellence in Private Practice award went to Morecrofts Solicitors. Judges found that the Liverpool based firm were dedicated to providing client satisfaction, often going the extra mile to ensure client well-being.
Law firms Roche Legal and Hugh Jones Solicitors were also highly commended for the quality services they provide.
Judges were impressed with Roche Legal’s ability to present private client issues in an understandable way, ‘demystifying the legal process and utilising digital opportunities to address some of the issues their clients were experiencing.’ Offering a customer-centred approach was commended in helping provide a voice for the most vulnerable in society.
Judges were in awe of Hugh Jones Solicitor’s ‘approach to offering advice in difficult areas, including welfare benefits and healthcare appeals, and the clear evidence that they value and appreciate their staff’. It was clear that the firm demonstrate high standards in supporting vulnerable clients and their families.
The commendation caps off a successful week for Hugh Jones Solicitors after bagging a brace of awards at the recent British Wills and Probate Awards for National Solicitor Firm of the Year and Northern Solicitor Firm of the Year.
