ILM in search of new CEO

The Institute of Legacy Management has announced that it is looking for a new Chief Executive Officer to work with the Board.

This follows a period of consolidation for the membership body, who state that they are in need of someone who will lead the organisation to the next stage of their development.

The new role requires an individual with both knowledge and commitment to the charity legacy sector, with proven experience of acting as a spokesperson for their organisation. In addition, candidates will also need to show effectiveness in both working and influencing at either a Board or senior stakeholder level, with a track record in the setting, monitoring and delivery of targets.

Commitment to customer service also needs to be demonstrated, as well as evidence of working within successful partnerships and both communication and branding strategic delivery.
