Estate planning business nominated for customer service award

A Somerset-based estate planning business has been nominated as a WOW! Awards finalist for the third consecutive year.

Specialising in matters ranging from bereavement support to inheritance tax planning, Trust Inheritance prides itself on customer service, with a mission to treat customers in the same way they would like their families to be treated.

This year, Trust Inheritance has been shortlisted in the Customer Experience Delivery of the Year: Small Business category. The estate planning business has been featured in this category due to the consistently high standard of the nominations received from customers.

The Somerset-based estate planning business also aims to provide customers with expertise and support, taking into account the needs of the individual and tailoring the experience to suit the customer.

Based solely on customer compliments, the WOW! Awards are the only independent awards process for recognising achievements in customer service.  They aim to encourage businesses to engage with consumers in a positive way, working with organisations across the world and providing the tools for customers to show their appreciation.

As well as being high-quality, the nominations received by Trust Inheritance demonstrated a high level of consistency in delivery of service, another reason why they were one of the organisations shortlisted in this category.

They were also recognised as having a strong customer orientated culture, something which was evident in the WOW! compliments that the business had received.

The winners of the 2017 WOW! Awards will be announced on Monday 6th November, at the ceremony due to be taking place at Radisson Blu Portman Hotel, London.
