ELM Legal Services, a top 5 provider of will writing services in the UK, has this week launched a brand new website as part of its ongoing digital marketing strategy.
The new website (designed by Solve Legal), which includes regular news items and regularly updated content, gives ELM a platform for existing and potential customers to access guides, videos and direct access to the companies services. The website also features a live chat facility which has already proved popular with customers.
When asked about his favourite element of the site, Managing Director, Jim Emsley says: “It sounds simple and as a technology fan myself, it’s the ability for customers to access the site via whatever device they have, whether it be a laptop, tablet or smart phone. Additionally, it gives us as a company really useful data about who is looking at the site and which pages are of most interest.”
ELM writes around 350 wills a month and whilst all enquiries are generated from head office, all advice is given face-to-face from their 11 regional consultants. ELM is actively recruiting and has ambitious plans to expand this to 20 consultants by the end of the year.
