Acting as a Professional Attorney under an LPA – Good Practice Guide

On 3rd March 2017, the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) released a Good Practice Guide for individuals, such as solicitors, appointed to act as professional attorneys under an LPA.  The Guide details best practice.   The Law Society, who have contributed to it, recommend it as a useful resource.
