The Society of Will Writers (SWW) up and coming courses are taking place this month, and are set to be incredibly informative and useful for all wills and probate professionals.
All of the courses are open to both members and non-members of the society, and will be held at the dedicated SWW facility at The College of Will Writing Training Centre in Lincoln.
The latest course plans are as follows:
Estate Planning & Trusts Course — 23rd October 2014, 10am-4pm (£150 members/£195 non-members)
James Greenwood, an Estate Manager at the SWW Trust Corporation, is a specialist in probate and estate administration and will be leading the Estate Planning & Trusts Course.
The aim of the course is to provide attendees with a better understanding of trusts and will ensure client’s needs can be effectively identified, in order to provide the correct advice. Each trust will be covered, with any tax issues identified and differences between each trust will be explained.
Sure Will Writer Course — 24th October, 10am-4pm (£100 members/£125 non-members)
Brian McMillan, Director General at The Society of Will Writers and Estate Planning Practitioners will be the tutor leading the Sure Will Writer Course.
The aim of the course is to show attendees how to draft a will successfully and how to develop into an experienced drafter. Though the course will be using the Sure Will Writer drafting program, the method will also be applicable to a variety of other software programs.
Looking beyond the use of software, delegates will also have a chance to consider practical examples in various forms.
Places are limited, so make sure you secure your booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
