The Law Society recognises the difficulties the profession face in dealing with increasing delays across the court system. It is seeking to work with the National Audit office to improve the working practices of the court system and ensure the court modernisation programme reflects the needs of solicitors and their clients.
The Law Society is polling members who use the different HMCTS online portals for private family law, probate and damages claims, via individual email surveys, to seek their views on the pace and effectiveness of changes made over the past six months.
Surveys went will close on Friday 30th June. The unique links went to practitioners via their emails address listed on the “find-a-solicitor” profile on the Law Society website. If you get a survey please complete it; it takes less than two minutes.
