The TRS is an ever-changing piece of legislation, and is constantly evolving. The Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Amendment) Regulations 2026 have created further changes and heavily amended the current TRS.

The Trust Registration Service Manual has now been updated to reflect these changes, and this will impact many practitioners who have to consider trust registration. This session is designed to discuss the key changes following the Regulations and the impact this will have on practice.
