Tickets for the British Wills and Probate Awards 2025, sponsored by Arken.legal, are now available ahead of the eight edition of the prestigious event hosted in Manchester on 9th October 2025.
Established in 2018, The ‘BWAPs’ as they are affectionately known, recognise and celebrate excellence across the private client and will writing communities. Uniquely championing both the unregulated and regulated profession, the awards have done much to showcase the skills and experience of both sectors; with categories recognising law firms, probate providers, tax and trust professionals, will writers and the wider industry with individual and collective awards celebrating technical excellence, commitment to client service, and innovation.
This year’s event, set to welcome 450 practitioners from across the private client spectrum, will be hosted at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester.
2025 sees the return of Arken.legal as Headline Sponsor, after their support for the inaugural events back in 2018 and 2019.

With entries now closed (and the deadline for final submissions midnight Friday 19th July) attention turns to the independent judging panel, drawn from across the sector, who pore over the submissions, scrutinising each entry individually, to arrive at the shortlists and eventual winners.
Tickets are priced at £289 ex VAT per person which includes an optional £10 per ticket going to the awards’ chosen charity LawCare; the mental health charity for the legal sector. The charity offers confidential emotional support, peer support, and information for people working in legal sector, advocating for improvements in mental health practices within legal workplaces and actively lead cultural transformation through education, training, and research for 25 years.
