Co-op Legal Services achieves highest STEP Employer Partner accreditation

Co-op Legal Services has been recognised for ‘fostering a culture in which employees are able to succeed, as well as deliver high standards of service for clients’ with recognition from the Society for Estate and Trust Practitioners (STEP).

STEP’s Platinum Employer Partner accreditation is the highest award through the Employer Partnership programme and recognises a commitment supporting colleagues with learning and development opportunities. In order to achieve the accreditation Co-op Legal Services was required to demonstrate evidence of a strong learning culture, with dedicated practices and resources that support the implementation of tailored learning and development.
