Legal Eye Strengthens Team with Key Appointment

Continuing to expand their team, Legal Eye are pleased to announce the appointment of their newest member.

Joining in the role of IT & Customer Quality Manager, Adam Sweatman is set to bring an extensive range of industry experience to the role.

Showing his interest in the legal sector from the start of his career, Adam joined a Private Client Team straight out of education. In addition to building his awareness of the industry when undertaking the role of an administrator, Adam also simultaneously obtained the ILEX qualification.

From here, he then moved within the firm to the IT team, developing his technological skills and honing his understanding of the role that IT has to play within a legal business structure. Hoping to build his industry knowledge and show his commitment to the role, Adam stayed with the company following a takeover, moving to the team’s new IT office in Stratford.

In 2016, he progressed to the firm’s Volume Remortgage team, appointed at “Quality and Customer Services Manager”.  Passionate about building communication and streamlining business workflows, here he was responsible for building efficient processes and procedures for the remortgage team.

Expressing his enthusiasm for the new role, Adam commented: “I am looking forward to joining and working with the expanding Legal Eye team. As well as building my own skills, I aim to provide streamlined solutions which both enhance the service provided to Clients as well as support the business’ progression.”
