Keep your clients safe with WillSuite

Will writing software and CRM provider WillSuite announce increased security measures to keep your account safe.

This rollout includes Two Factor Authentication and will be included as part of the weekly Sunday updates which can be managed through your settings area.

With standard procedures only requiring a simple username and password it has become increasingly easy for criminals to gain access to accounts.

Two Factor Authentication is a whole new layer of security which requires not only a password and username but also something only the valid owner of the account can gain access to, such as a security token sent to their mobile phone to proceed with login attempts.

We now see this extra layer of authentication available on many services such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn and it is important for us as data controllers to put all the right protections in place for our users.
