Tax work of solicitors could face greater scrutiny
Solicitors providing tax planning services could face greater scrutiny from both HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), as the Government looks to clamp down on “aggressive” tax avoidance schemes.
