Alan Robinson will look at welfare benefits for the older client on 8^th July. The session will cover pensions, the different benefits available to older clients, the qualifying conditions and where problems are likely to occur. Alan recently retired from legal practice after 40 years working in a private legal practice, a Citizens Advice Bureau, a law centre and welfare rights agencies.
