Ian Bond will cover probate applications on 10^th June providing a recap on the changes made to the application process by HMCTS to date. Ian will also explore the introduction of the mandatory online procedure for obtaining grants of representation, the common issues relating to this and how to overcome them. Lastly, he’ll set out some expectations for the future of the online application process. Ian is Director and Head of Wills & Estates at Thursfields Solicitors and member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
