We’re delighted to welcome back Professor Lesley King to start the 2023 series of Expert Webinars with The National Will Register for the private client industry on Wednesday 1st March at 12pm.

Titled “Will drafting: Getting the right result for the client”, the talk will focus on areas around Will drafting that practitioners should be aware of when drafting Wills for clients, to ensure that their wishes are best accounted for.

When taking instructions for a Will, we often need to point out problems to clients which may prevent them achieving their aims. This session will look at these in more detail so you know what to make your Will clients aware of including inheritance tax issues, gifts, second families and business assets.

The National Will Register’s Expert Webinar series is complimentary and available to watch live or on demand after the webinar date – so whether you can make it on the day or not, be sure to register to ensure you don’t miss out on what will be an insightful talk.

You can now also register for the entire 2023 Expert Webinar series – meaning you won’t need to register for each webinar, and we’ll send you calendar invites when webinar dates are known. This year we’ll be joined by Gill Steel of LawSkills, Moore Barlow, Irwin Mitchell, Jones Whyte, Culver Law and more to be announced. All you need to do is tick the box to agree to register for all the 2023 series.
