Clients are keen to make gifts, but consideration needs to be given to the risk of lifetime gifting.  Julie Bell and Anthony Nixon will provide a discussion on which gifts to make and those that should be avoided whilst also looking at the benefits of charitable gifting in wills, answering your questions and the implications for tax planning.
